Below is our updated return policy:

Custom Products

Non-Returnable Items: ALL SALES ARE FINAL on custom items. Custom decorated items or other personalized merchandise items cannot be refunded as they are custom items printed to the customers custom artwork and cannot be restocked. 
Pre-Order Confirmation: To ensure satisfaction, customers will receive a copy of their estimate. Customers must review and approve all design proofs and confirm sizes before finalizing their order. When approval is given further design changes can not be made.

Retail Sales

Eligible Returns: Non-customized, stock items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Defective or Damaged Items

Replacement Guarantee: If your order arrives with manufacturing defects or printing errors, we will gladly work with you to make your order right!
Please notify us within 5 business days of receiving the order with photographic evidence of the issue.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at (605) 432-7990 or Email: [email protected] with details of your return.
    Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it.
  2. Approval: Await confirmation and you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to a store credit gift card or to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned items.

  • Size Guidance: We highly recommend checking our size charts or requesting assistance before placing an order to avoid sizing issues.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
